about the ceo
Peter Xu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of aiCurePath Health Inc., and the chief designer of the company’s pioneering AI-driven integrated health platform App. Guided by the TCM philosophy of “preventive treatment before illness arises,” Peter envisions using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with cutting-edge AI technology and innovative business models, to transform the way people approach healthcare and wellness.
Peter Xu is also a seasoned physician and licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner based in Ontario, Canada. With a distinguished background in both Western and Chinese medicine, he has dedicated his career to integrating the profound wisdom of ancient Chinese healing philosophy with modern medical science and artificial intelligence technology.
Peter began his medical journey in the 1980s at Shanghai Second Military Medical University, one of China’s most prestigious medical institutions. Graduating with honors, he earned his Bachelor of Medicine degree and was immediately invited to remain at the university’s affiliated Changhai Hospital, where he embarked on a career in pediatric clinical medicine.
During his tenure, Peter accumulated extensive clinical experience, actively participated in multiple research projects, and published several academic papers in leading medical journals. His contributions to clinical science and innovation earned him recognition and scientific awards, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing healthcare standards. Alongside his clinical and research work, Peter also devoted himself to medical education, mentoring and nurturing numerous outstanding physicians who have since become leaders in their fields.
A decade ago, under the guidance of a renowned TCM master, Peter began an in-depth study of classical Chinese medical literature, including the Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon), Shennong Bencao Jing (Divine Farmer’s Classic of Materia Medica), Shanghan Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage), Jingui Yaolue (Essential Prescriptions from the Golden Cabinet), Nanjing (Classic of Difficult Issues), and the Zhenjiu Dacheng (Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion), among others. Through this profound study, he gained a deep and holistic understanding of the essence of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and was profoundly inspired by its philosophical depth and therapeutic wisdom.
Seven years ago, Peter immigrated to Canada. By a fortuitous encounter, he discovered that Toronto hosts accredited TCM institutions offering comprehensive TCM and acupuncture programs. Upon completing his formal studies at TSTCM and passing the Canadian national licensing examinations, he became a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in Ontario, Canada.
In his clinical practice, Peter applies the timeless principles of classical Chinese medicine to modern healthcare, achieving remarkable therapeutic outcomes and helping countless patients restore their health and well-being. His practice embodies the ancient philosophy of balance, harmony, and prevention, adapted to the needs of today’s patients.
However, Peter believes that the ability of one individual to serve is inherently limited. Driven by a larger vision, he asked himself: “Why not harness the power of artificial intelligence to carry forward the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and make it accessible to all humanity?”
This belief led him to found aiCurePath Health Inc., an AI-driven holistic health technology company based in Canada. Through this platform, Peter aims to train intelligent AI systems in the philosophy and diagnostic principles of TCM, integrate them with modern AI algorithms and global healthcare models, and build a new-generation intelligent health ecosystem that can benefit millions around the world.
Peter’s lifelong mission is clear — to bridge the ancient and the modern, the East and the West, and to use technology as a vessel to transmit the timeless wisdom of Chinese medicine for the advancement of global human health.
